App Engine in Flight

Google today released Google App Engine SDK 1.1.6 (announcement, download) which, among other things, brings with it datastore keys that you can sort and filter on.

Google released version 1.0.2 of the Google App Engine SDK two days ago. If you're using Google App Engine, you should definitely upgrade.

You can find a list of fixed issues in the release notes, including the template cache issue that I was running into.

I just read on Digg that the 1.1.3 firmware for the iPhone has been jailbroken. The team that did it, however, is not releasing it until Apple's iPhone SDK is out so that Apple doesn't patch it.
