A few days ago I stumbled upon Swiz, which bills itself as the "brutally simple micro-architecture for Rich Internet Application development with Adobe Flex." If the term micro-architecture or the buzzword Rich Internet Application haven't scared you off yet, read on, because it really is a lovely little framework.
I just updated The GAE SWF Project to add the proof-of-concept Google App Engine Flex 3 client. The source code download now includes the source code for the Flex project.
The Flex client works exactly like the Flash 9 client and shares an almost identical codebase. 99% of the framework is the same.
I just updated The GAE SWF Project to version 1.21 1.23. New source code for the update is now available for download.

I just read a blog post and watched a screencast about a new Flash framework called Gaia and I like most of what I saw.
