By the way, if you want to cancel a Vodafone account, email them at team19 {at} vodafonebusiness.co(.)uk, don't call the 0870 number or you'll just pay them more money (it's a premium number), only to be told to email that address.

A search for Vodafone will bring up around 10 different geographical numbers. Combine that with 1899.com (whcih I use for all calls) and you can call them free of charge. Rates of 1pence per minute to US landlines and mobile phones is also not a bad deal - cheaper than Skype or Vonage.
