Well... if they were testing in a lab, of course not! People behave themselves when they&#039;re in a lab and people are watching them through mirrors.
 
If they&#039;d have done some testing in the context of use (that is, in people&#039;s homes, and  there are lots of ways they could have done this), they would never have been surprised by this behaviour and could have designed to account for it.&quot;</description>
