I wouldn’t buy Bayer if I were you

Apparently Bayer took a medication that they new to be infected with the AIDS virus off the market in the US after they were forced to do so by the FDA and then proceeded to dump it in France, Germany and Japan. How is still company still in business?

FYI this happened more than 20 years ago, and was reported on in the NY Times in 2003

OMG that makes it even worse, no? I don’t know what’s worse — that Bayer is still in business or that it took 17 years for it to be reported to the public!

The next person I hear calling for de-regulation, and free-market’s, is going to get slapped on the back of the head.

Free markets & deregulation = Bayer Enron
