		<description>Hey Matt, would have loved to but it was going to be way too expensive. I&#039;m not doing conferences that don&#039;t at least pay for your transportation and accomodation any more. I believe this needs to be a minimum standard for professional conferences if they want to attract good (non-local) speakers.</description>

Had you made the wiser choice to come down to WebDU in Sydney you&#039;d be enjoying balmy summer conditions down here (26,28,32,26) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Plus you could have been &quot;the only gay in the village&quot; with the Gay &amp; Lesbian Mardi Gras happening this week/end. Looks like Guy, Mike C, Danny, Tink, LordAlex and myself will have to wave the rainbow flag for you.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Have a great time in Seatle and be sure to say hi to all the Lego crew who didn&#039;t make it down under this year.&lt;br /&gt;
