Awesome stuff there, Aral. CakeAmfphp is coming along well and so far Julian and gwoo over at Cake have done a terrific job. Scaffolding is definitely a must have; what I've seen of Muse's capabilities is quite interesting. As to whether scaffolding should be enabled in a standalone app or as part of an online system (like amfphp's browser or Cake's bake util) that's still up in the air.

I will gladly work with you to get solid integration with amfphp going. Supporting CakeAmfphp instead of straight amfphp might be a good idea, although that might be a bit restrictive developer-wise. In the past, I know that amfphp's class mapping functionality has been subpar, and I haven't bothered to look into it as I didn't really see much of a point, but if you plan to push VOs exclusively we can look at various options, hacking together a new action or filter and eventually adding it to the amfphp core. amfphp 1.0 is feature complete but amf3 brings new functionalities which will need to be taken into account, and at this point amfphp 2.0 is still far off and sketchy but it can be anything you want.

Also very glad to hear about the remote form loading. Deferred instantiation is also very mportant to me. I never really liked the controller in ARP so if it's dropped I won't mind. System level events would be interesting, as with Grant's arpx extensions.
