By the way, PayPal just refunded me the money. I’m not 100% sure but it feels like it wasn’t a fraud and that the seller got shafted by EBay for some reason. It has been known to happen.

Italian eBay website present an fraud protection program, according wich eBay is ready to refund you up to a maximum of 230 euros. I wrote my email to them, together with other 10 guys frauded together with me, and then started the commedy. eBay replied to all my requests saying that my data were inserted in their database, and they couldn't check my data process state (I wonder who could check for them then), but they promised that in two months I should have a positive or negative reply (also I was fully included in their anti-fraud program characteritics). Now almost a year has gone by and they don't reply anymore to my e-mails. All other 10 guys frauded together with me didn't receive any money from eBay and any reply, but eBay is still offering their nice fraud protection program on their website. I have all transaction e-mail I had with them, and that's all. Trust on eBay: they are as nice and clean as my president Berlusconi is.
