I haven’t been invited yet to speak at Flash on the Beach this year. It’s going to be a busy time for me with the preparations for Singularity but, if asked, I’ll definitely be happy to attend and speak at it.

Regardless, it’s a great conference and I hope you’ll enjoy Brighton! :)

Are you planning to attend Flash on the Beach this year?
I live in Jordan and in this region we never had Flash conferences and the closest is FOTB in brighton, I am planning to go this year and I really hope you I will be able to meet you in person and attend a session by you :)

When signing up for Singularity you said that it will find all your Twitter friends etc.. Will this include Flickr as well? Would be awesome if it did! :-)

It’s a good topic. How about a service that could alert you of friends you may have common based on existing networks? “Hey, I noticed you know XXX. Have you seen him/her around this chatroom”. Would provide some good basics for interaction without disclosing your full network (too boring). LinkedIn has this to a certain extent, but wouldn’t that be cool in a chatroom?
