AOO TLP update programme licensing in the UK is proving to be far more painful, time-consuming and obfuscated for me than just purchasing products from the online store - Considering TLP's purpose is supposedly to make it easier and more cost effective to invest in Adobe products. (I've been bounced from one email address to another, and ultimately they are fobbing me off to an external 3rd party - grim! - I should be able to just phone up, give my credit card details and get the license - but no!
