LOL, no SWX isn’t dead without AS3 support, it’s alive and well and living in AS2 projects and on Flash Mobile.

It’s true that I’m not working on an AS3 version. Several people on the list have a version working via LocalConnection. If anyone wants to bite the bullet and write the AS3 assembler, then please do. I just don’t have enough hours in the day to do that _and_ organize Singularity.

SWX is what it is. SWX will be what you make it. :)

any news yet? i found a workaroudn for now …i am splitting my flash screens up into 2 parts 1 is the ac3 version then the next slice is the as2 swx rss thank you for working on this! please email me when there is a way of doing ac3 with swx rss feeds

That’s really exciting. I get my copy of Flash CS3 tomorrow from work and now I can continue learning AS3. Knowing that SWX PHP will eventually be available brings a big smile to my face. Thanks for all your hard work.

SWX really is a great tool, I’m really bummed now that I missed your talk at Flashforward Boston. I’ve been trying to get all the info from various blogs and links. Next time I won’t miss it for sure!

Thanks for the update. I view this project as one of the most important flash projects out their when you combine it with CakePHP or really anything you can rapidly build great RIA:) Thanks again we all really appreciate your work!
