you should consider using viddler’s video player here – they got this cool ‘add comment on the video timeline’ stuff, which I think would be useful here. You know, people can say ‘yay’ along with you and that kinda stuff ;o)
@Arul: Yeah, I need to find a good video workflow — I’m trying out different things. iMovie ‘08 works really well with YouTube. I love Viddler but it doesn’t understand the m4v files that iMovie ‘08 exports.
