What's this? It's a QR Code that contains all the ActionScript you need to get the most recent 100 photos from Flickr into Flash using SWX RPC.
Check it out if you have a QR Code reader (Nokia N95s, for example, come with one.) Or, you can download the excellent Kaywa reader for your phone to try it out.
For those of you without QR Code readers, the code is below:

If you want to test this, open the SWX Data Analyzer in a browser window (the loaded data will display there because debug mode is set to true.) Create a movie clip called loader in a new FLA in Flash and add the code above to your FLA and test the movie.
And this, incidentally, also happens to fit on a Moo card (and I'm getting new ones printed as we speak!) Ask me for one if you bump into me somewhere! 
So tell me, can remote procedure calls get any simpler?

Swxformat looks pretty amazing, will it also be a alternative for amfphp ?
Sadly Kaywa reader doesn’t work on my phone, as Motorola have seemingly decided that all non-signed java app’s get crippled functionality. Which safe to say, pisses me off.
Y’know, i really should get another mobile phone. One that isn’t crippled to hell in the case of third party development.

SWX PHP is not a replacement for Amfphp. In fact, you can consume your SWX PHP service classes through SWX RPC by hitting the SWX gateway, through Flash Remoting by hitting the AMF gateway (this uses Amfphp, which comes with SWX PHP as a library) or even his the JSON or XML-RPC gateways that come for free courtesy of Amfphp.
So, for example, starting out with SWX to get you started doesn’t tie you into SWX. You can always switch easily to Remoting or JSON later without changing any of your back-end classes.
Hey Aral … all well and good ‘reading’ the QR code but how do you make one???!!!

I just wanted to point out a technical error on this page - the image that you’ve shown is not a QR Code, it’s a Data Matrix. I’m sure a quick search on Google will point you to some links that identify the differences.
